…we also care about bears. Maybe you have an old, loved friend at home, who has accompanied you for a long time in your life. Sometimes the teddy bears are very worked over by much love or sadness of their owner and it needs loving care to make him whole again and to heal him.

Take your true friend with you; we will try to help him as good as we can, depending on his age and your wishes. While this work we are going to be very carefully.

Sometimes we even make new teddy bears, who are waiting for new adoptive parents.
